Welcome to our 2021 #SD8ABEDFIT Wellness Challenge – Drop it like a Squat!

Please join us on this wellness journey from January 18th to March 12th. 8 weeks of fun, connection, and wellness! This is a wellness bingo challenge for people of all ages and abilities. EVERYONE is welcome to participate and you can participate as an individual or with your class. To learn more check out the attached poster. To sign up, click here and register by January 15th. After you sign up, links for all the zoom events will be emailed to you.  All events below will be virtual to respect COVID-19 safety procedures.  We have amazing PRIZES for participation and engagement including a prize for the top class participants as well as individual participants. NO NEED TO ATTEND ALL SESSIONS – everything is optional, but of course encouraged! Many of these sessions will be recorded for further viewing and posted on the AbEd blog. Participants can complete the challenge fully on their own schedule if needed.
