Aboriginal Education in School District 8, Kootenay Lake, is honoured to continue growing awareness for survivors of the Indian Residential School system in Canada, and those who did not return. This year, we recognise Orange Shirt Day at all schools and programs in our District and will provide information and resources for the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation.
